Neske Baerwaldt is a researcher studying Europe’s borders from an abolitionist perspective, as well as a musician and podcast host, and a member of Meduse MagiQ. At t Dokhuis, Neske collaborates with Wiebe Ruijtenberg on the podcast De Verbranders, where they learn about Europe’s borders through conversation, music, and sound. Neske is also developing an audio series titled What Does No Borders Sound Like? which brings together music, poetry, and radical visions of freedom as practiced at different times and in various places by people who resisted their expropriation and exploitation, inviting listeners into worlds oriented toward life.
