Why do you need my data?

If you are participating in the application for the Artist-in-Residency program, it is important note that Kanaal 10 abides to the AVG Dutch laws of privacy protection. We process your personal data (first and last name, gender, date of birth, address and email) to determine your eligibility for the program.

How long will you have my data on file?

Stichting Kanaal 10 does not store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. If you are accepted into the residency program provided, we will then keep your information filed for up to 6 months. If you are not accepted in the residency program, we will notify you by e-mail and delete your information within 30 days. It is possible to apply again.

Will you be sharing my personal data with third parties?

No, Stichting Kanaal 10 will not sell your information to third parties and will only provide it if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We conclude a processor agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Stichting Kanaal 10 remains responsible for these processing operations
