Dokhuis NIGHT – GO GO TRASH

Berlin based Gogo Trash is a colorful collective of free-thinking artists, that makes art in multiple disciplines, inspired by waste. They love to collect all kinds of (mostly plastic) garbage and upcycle this into unusual, eye catching and extreme costumes, wigs, decorations and other trash products.

Dressed up in their art work, they give unique performances where each member changes into a new and different character, hardly recognizable anymore, because of the alienating and comical effects of their plastic costumes.

The group improvises on different themes and situations, often related to overconsumption, pollution, but also social political themes.
