We’re coming together to raise urgent funds for a Black and queer student fighting to stay in the Netherlands. They’re facing a critical deadline to pay off university debt in order to re-enrol in their master’s program — a step that’s essential to renewing their visa and keeping their housing.
Due to non-EU fees, they had to pause their studies. Now, re-enrolment isn’t just about education — it’s about safety, stability, and survival. Returning home isn’t an option: queerness is criminalized there, and the economic situation could make leaving again impossible.
Let’s show up in solidarity. Every contribution helps keep them housed, safe, and in uni.
There will also be a chance to write the Filton 18.
Solidarity with the 18 pro-Palestinian activists arrested by so-called “anti-terrorist” police and imprisoned in Britain! Their only crime: trying to stop the manufacture of weapons used in the genocide in Palestine.
